  • Nuclear receptor superfamily; functional ecdysteroid receptor; 20-hydroxyecdysone receptor (EcR); ultraspiracle protein (Usp); signal transduction pathways; transcription factors; intrinsically disordered proteins (IDPs); intrinsically disordered regions (IDRs); analyses of protein - protein and protein - DNA interactions; overexpression of recombinant proteins in heterologous and native systems; purification of recombinant proteins (platform of AKTA brand chromatography systems, IMAC, gel filtration and more); biochemical and structural analyses of proteins using circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy and bioinformatics tools; analyses of conformational changes in proteins; analyses of subcellular distribution of proteins using eukaryotic cell lines; analyses of molecular determinants of subcellular distribution of proteins: nuclear localization signals (NLSs), nuclear export signals (NESs) and nucleolus localization signals (NoLSs); fluorescence and confocal microscopy.
